Rejustor Calibration Tools
Rejustors™ can be adjusted using off-the-shelf hardware or the low-cost MBK-408A Rejustor Calibration kit. The adjustment process is controlled with LabVIEW based Rejust-it software, which can be adapted to match most hardware test and measurement instruments.
The MBK-408A adjusts the resistance of standard Rejustors using Microbridge's patented algorithm. LabVIEW based software operates under Windows XP. The hardware interface is compatible with USB 2.0. The MBK-408A consists of ADC's to measure the output of the circuit-under-test and DACs to drive the adjustment pins on the Rejustor, which changes their resistance. The MBK-408A interfaces to the circuit-under-test with a 26-pin D-connector. Software and complete documentation, including reference examples are provided on CDROM.
The MBK-500 is an optional platform for demonstrating resistance calibration. It operates in conjunction with the MBK-408A. The MBK-500 has a socket for SOIC-8 package Rejustors and can be purchased with or without an on-board decade (resistance) box. The MBK-408A uses the MBK-500 to adjust the resistance of the Rejustor relative to the decade box or an external resistor. Software and complete documentation are provided on CDROM.
